We buy our fish in daily and we usually have available:
Cod, haddock, plaice, salmon, trout – whole or filleted, mackerel – whole or filleted, lemon sole, halibut, monkfish, hake, tuna, swordfish, dover sole, brill, turbot, John Dorey, sea bass – whole or filleted, gilt bream – whole or filleted, red mullet.
